Hello everyone today I am sharing a painful incident of my life.I visited inSriniketan Shoppers Pleasure Sodepur Kolkata in middle of August to purchase a saree for my brother marriage purpose.The shop is very popular and there are lots of small stalls for different categories of sarees.that day there are lots of customers were there and I am not finding any place to sit and see some saree from the shopkeepers.After 40 minutes I am able to find out a place to sat and started sarees.The price range is starting from 3000 for a good quality saree.There I have chosen one saree of ?4000and they offered me the discount of 10% for it. its 15th August offered.So I immediately grab the deal 3600
The saree was gorgeous and heavy and wearable for weddings.
After shopping, we reached our home and I was very happy to see the entire saree by wearing it with a matching blouse.
Unfortunately, my mother finds out a small hole in the bottom part of the saree and I was shocked that this is very much visible from the from if I wear it in a traditional way.So after the next day, I visited their showroom for exchange purpose as they provided 3-day return policy with purchase.After reaching to the shop I discovered that there is no one ready to give us 2 minutes of time as they are busy with there brand-new customers.
After some while one shopkeeper came at to is and asked our reason of revisit, then I told him about the defective saree and he was not in a mood to return it and stated that we intentionally make a whole on the saree and asked for a return.After an hour of discussion with there manager, we fade and choose to leave the store without exchange the defect item.
