This is a useless medical college to work at or study also in near future. the staff are totally harassesd. there is no credibility to the hard work done by the staff.
People are harassed like anything. the management believes the non medcal staff who butter them nicely and are associated with them for a long time doing only this type of work are great. there is no respect to the doctors in this medical college. patients fear to enter the hospital due to the unhygenic nature and untrained and skeletal staff pattern in this hospital. this hospital has got a high attrition rate to start with. its highly disgraceful to be known as a staff of this medical college and hospital. THE MANAGEMENT TRAPS THE STAFF PROMISING HIGH SALARY BUT AFTER JOINING THEY BETRAY THEM. THIS IS THE RULE OF THE MANAGEMENT HERE. worst management to work with.
