Hi,
I had booked this hotel from yatra app, attached booking number and reference. I noticed 1or 2 bad reviews, still looking at price and hotel images shown there, I went ahead with booking.
I never thought I’ll face all those negative experiences, plus additional few negative experiences of my own.
The hotel never looks like the product image shown in app, I’ve attached the images from inside. The actual check-in was 12pm, we came late like 2pm the room wasn’t ready yet, the receptionist said wait for 15 mins. We waited for 30 mins no update , since we’re tired by travel, we went up to our allocated room.
The janitor/maintenance guy said they just got the keys and wait for another 20 mins. We just stood in front of the room for 15 mins standing with luggage and kids.
The other lady was rude, saying like let them wait longer, the guy was atleast considered our situation.
The floor was fully wet, strong smell of phenyl unfit for kids, which lasted for 4 hours and the other mattress were extremely dirty and having moulds. Attached photos.
Mattress, sheets and pillow cover were promised to be changed in 30 minutes. We didn’t have choice but to settle down in previous users sheets with kids. It was changed after 3 hours when we finished a little nap.
The room appeared wet and no sign of air flow, so the floors remained wet till night, no wonder it’s mouldy.
We thought of going out at night for dinner and noticed that floor were water logged, came out and saw that the entire floor and stairs were flooded with water leakage from somewhere. No soul came to clean or take them out from the room, the just cleaned the stairs. ( I have photos but couldn’t attach more than 2 here)
There were water going in main electricity switches, I was extremely worried about my kids of being electrocuted and slippery stairs & floors.
Finally went up after finishing dinner, I thought of taking a nap and noticed that ceiling wad leaking as well, my peaceful sleep was ruined. Like every 20-30 mins a drop of water will fall in my face.
I would never recommended visiting this hotel with a family.
