SLR is expected to be the first choice in the city where we talk about service and quality. But this is not so. The center is surviving just because of the brand name. The service is not up to the mark. Patients who visit the center are attended by untrained staff who do not even know how to collect blood samples. In such a situation, a question arises in the patient’s mind as to whether or not he should rely on the findings of the test! I had a bad experience to share. My husband visited the center for some test. The person who attended him took his blood sample but did not bother to press the point from where the sample was taken out. As a result a fountain of blood started coming due to heavy blood flow. Somehow things were managed and my husband left the center.
