I wanted to get quite a few blood investigations done, so I called SRL Diagnostics at 10:43 am on 31st July at 9990055492. I’m sorry to say but that lady was so rude to me because I couldn’t hear her first’Hello’ and I had repeated myself.
I felt terrible, I only replied to her that if answering phones is so problematic for you then i’ll better not go in for your services and disconnected phone.
She didn’t even bother to call back or apologise.
