When I first considered joining SRM Online Education University, I was welcomed with warm promises of continuous support and guidance. The staff and account members assured me that I’d never feel left behind.
However, after enrolling, the reality felt very different. It’s disheartening to share that I often felt overlooked and left to navigate challenges on my own. Instead of the promised support, it seemed like the university’s focus shifted more towards fees and less on the actual well-being and academic growth of its students.
It pains me to say this, but I’ve felt more like a number or a source of income than a valued student. I had hoped for a nurturing educational environment, but my experience has left me feeling isolated and let down. I truly wish no other student feels this way, and I hope the university takes such feedback to heart for future improvements.
I was genuinely taken aback by my experience with SRM. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you’re unable to pay a penalty of ₹2500/-, they suggest you drop from the academics. Yet, when approached for assistance or a potential waiver, I received no help. Please weigh this consideration heavily when deciding on enrolling in this university.
