We booked 2 berths from Tuticorin to Chennai. There was no A/c and air flow was poor. When we called the cleaner and reported the incident, he came and enquired and said rudely, "Air is flowing na, " and went away. We were shocked. How can we sleep in such a poor airflow?
The pillow was seen as though it was bitten by a mad dog with sponges strewn all over. When we tried to call SRM customer care numbers taking the numbers from the internet, we were shocked again as none of the phone numbers were working.
Once upon a time we felt this is a good alternative to Govt buses. But now we realize that they may shut down the business soon.
