SRS is the best cinema in agra according to me. If u want to go with ur family even with frnds and to enjoy the movie really den u should go srs.
Picture & sound quality: -really best in agra & also sound quality I think best in agra.
Chairs: -Clean and proper mantainance.
Service: -Always some employees here & there for ur orders and any other help if somebody disturbs u.
Canteen: - it is average canteen.nachos nd most of things r thr but u not got thr popcorns in flavour.other than butter or salty.
Ticket prices: - very high nd different according days time & movie.( min160-650max)
