I used to travel a lot and usually book tickets in most of the Top Travel buses such as KPN, RKT, Sharma, Royal and so on. Recently I came to book a Ticket for my Sister in SRS travels.
We have received a message with Pickup Location(Bus stand) and Contact Number, which was unavailable. We have tried all the numbers given and helplines too. No response and we had to cancel the trip. The time given was 11.55 and they called us 2 PM, which was too much delayed and we thought they wont call us anymore, So trip has to be dropped, as we have no option to reach bus stand that time.
Next day as there was no other Option, we had to book a ticket on the Same SRS travels. The same happened again, the number was not reachable. We called to the number we have received a Call last night, and a Lady names SHARANYA talked very rudely.
Her words are: What you need? If you have booked ticket, you will get call. We cant do anything. Try the number in the message, or else wait until they call. what I can do?
I said I will complain against you if you talk like this and she said you can complain I don’t care, and she said her Name as SHARANYA and she cut the Phone. The Number was(9500971759)
I really dont know is this the was someone talk, or a Service Provider talk to a Customer?
