I booked sleeper ticket with SRS travels. The bus driver’s behavior was bad. They won’t switch off the movie or reduce the sounds even after 9 customers complained to reduce the volume of movie at 10 pm but the ticket cost is Rs 1700 . Waste of money.
Time of travel is not at all as mentioned on the booking websites.They promise to reach in 11 hrs but they take 14 hrs 30min to reach Bangalore from Guntur
