White Collar - Bellandur branch(SSK White collar). I gave an expensive blanket with cover for drycleaning to the SSK White Collay drycleaner in Bellandur. Here is what happened to me:
They lost the blanket & asked for time to search in other stores
2 days later, they give pack & return me some other shabby blanket
I returned that blanket & the store keeper accepted that this was not my blanket
He explained that they were not able to locate it
I asked for refund. The manager Ashustosh Khataria was decent to accept the claim.
Before I could collect the refund, they called that they found my blanket & I was super happy.
When I went to collect it, I see it is completely spoilt, with big pink patches throughout the blanket.
I have asked him to dryclean it again, but I doubt they will be able to do a decent job.
A friend who’s is a lawyer told me that I can take them to the consumer court easily, also for everyone to know sharing what I never knew, i.e. the bill always says, they’ll reimburse 10 times the cost of drycleaning - Please note this is not limiting, the customer can claim more depending on the value of the product.
