I have paid RS.4200 for 6 months unlimited 50MBPS Connection on 28th July 2019 for my connection at 301 Hansraj CHS, 41, Union Park, Chembur, Mumbai71. My internet connection is down since 2nd Aug, 2019 till date. There is no response after numerous complaints on their App! Their Manager, Mr. Imran either doesnt answer phone or is incapable of attending to problem after more than 1 week! Can someone advise how to file Complaint in Consumer Forum? I need my refund if they are not interested in continuing their Broadband business.
