This one is a Disastrously Unreliable Bakery. I ordered a baptism cake for my son’s Baptism(naming ceremony)paying full amount about 3 days in advance. I was assured that the cake would be ready one night earlier than the time of 10AM that I required and will be kept in the deep freeze till I come to pick it up.
On the day and specified time the cake was not made at all. To add to the frustration, the person who took the order was not in sight and the other person on the counter was not even accepting the mistake, instead arguing that I was in fault for demanding the cake earlier than they can make it. He went on to ask me to come back after 2Hrs which I told was impossible as the party was starting in 1Hr. Only after raising my voice in front of other customers he agreed to refund the amount paid which I used to get ready made cake from else where.
