I had booked a local courier for which these useless company charged me Rs 50 and still didn’t delivery the courier. Customer care number is always busy for the whole day in Bangalore! If it is a very important courier and on time delivery is needed then god should only save us.
This company should never be on this business. They would do well if they do hafta collection. Courier is a service which people avail for fast and reliable delivery. If these two things are missing, then people should never ever go to this ST Courier and Cargo. Very soon this company will be wiped out!
