St. Ives Apricot Scrub
When my son turned 13, he started having occasional acne breakouts.
One of the products that works well for him is St. Ives Apricot Scrub.
Chris uses this scrub every evening before he goes to sleep and has had clear skin for over six months. I buy this scrub knowing that it can do its job as long as Chris uses it regularly.
My Thoughts
I have used the scrub and I can honestly say it has a pleasant scent and has never caused any odd rashes or drying. The scrub is a funny brown color with little darker brown specs. My son Chris has been the one to mostly benefit because his skin is truly clearer now and that makes him feel better about himself.
Teenage years are hard enough without having to worry about blemishes.
Simply Direction To Follow
Wet your face with water and apply using wet fingertips. Massage into skin for about one minute and rinse well. Pat try with a soft towel and voila, you have finished the cleansing process.
Love It
I will buy this product for my son when his current tube runs out. I recommend others try this if their skin has blemishes to see if it works for them. Different products work for different skin types so always keep an open mind when searching for the perfect cleanser.
Hate It
I wish the tube of product was a little larger to keep me from having to buy it so often.
It would be nice if acne products had a more neutral scent for men to use. Chris didn’t care for the word apricot when I first purchased the scrub, he thought it was for girls only.
Special Note: My husband uses this product for the acne on his back it works really well.
