My relative was admitted to the hospital and the concerned doctor was to check her the next day, after 10 days we are still waiting for the requested doctor to check her, till now there is only Jr or duty doctors attending to her. the nurses on the floor does not answer the patient’s call, we have to go their counter and request them to come to the room for any help, their justification "we don’t go to the patient’s room unless it s an emergency !!
Is there any contact in the management for submitting these issues and feedbacks regarding this not-so human’e treatment for the patients?
