This is an incident that happen with me when I was in Pune on 15th and 16th January with one of my friend we have decided to book a room for two of us so we have searched in Make My Trip i always prefer booking with MMT so while browsing hotels we find this hotel "St Laurn Business Hotels" it was looking pretty good so we have decided to book there a room for us but that was our first mistake Rooms were dirty , service was very bad , there keyless card was not working, N number of times I have to go down to reception to ask them to please activate the they have given me a silly reason that "Sir please don’t put key near phone" I said what that’s why it is not working, I said sir Im not staying in a hotel for the 1st time , they neglected my complaint then we have entered room some of the lights were also not working we have complained in the reception and they sent electricians but they failed to repair and said they will fix tomorrow that was all OK, but in the middle of night the air condition of the room stooped working and the room was heating time was around 3 am in the morning we have complained ion reception but after many calls they have send 1 person after an hour but he also failed to repair, we requested to change our room but they denied.
worst experience staying at St Laurn Business Hotels Pune very bad experience please put my review on the top lists of pune hotels booking so they cannot fool other people.
I will never recommend any one for this pathetic hotel Never.
