I wish there was something worst than poor rating which I could give to this stalkbuylove website and its representatives. I had ordered the product which stated the delivery date as 3 - 4 business days. Order number 100333022.
It is been close to 15 days and I have not received the product yet. Even worse, when I contacted customer care asking the update, all I receive is either auto generated email stating - "sorry, we are taking time to get back to you" or false promise from the customer care executive named Shalini Saxena that we are trying to expedite further proceedings.
When asked for a refund, the executive mailed me saying that they have dispatched the product, and refund will happen only when they receive the product back(again a lie)
I was able to track the order and found that the order has been packed but not dispatched.Why are you even saying lie, which can be proved wrong by your own process? I really wanted to close this issue without writing bad review, as the product shown in website seamed nice and unique. I ordered the product after reading reviews about the website, but trust me, after this experience I will never ever recommend this website to anyone ever.
If anyone from Stalkbuylove.com is going through the review, please refund my amount of Rs.2, 848.00 ASAP.
As for others, please do not buy from this website.learning from others’ experience is better than personally facing it.
PS: I do have proofs of all the email being shared between me and SBL team(multiple order invoice, sorry, we are taking time, false promise and a lie stating that the order has been dispatched, where as website shows packed)
