Friends, this is a genuine review because I have myself used the product for more than two years and the results are pretty awesome.
I earlier used Stamin Muscle Gainer for few months but it contains Proteins along with some Carbs. As I was already bulky, I turned to PRO 3.
PRO 3 is a blend of Milk protein, Egg protein, Soya protein, Soya protein and Calcium Cassenate.
Its scoop size is slightly larger that other brands i.e. of 50 gms. I personally like it as it makes my drink thicker and tasteful.
The price may vary little between seller to seller. But I generally purchase 3 kg mason jar which costs comparatively low.
I haven’t heard of duplicate Stamin products until date so I guess its free from imitations as it is an Indian brand.
Its best for beginners who need energy to go to the gym after a tiresome day.
