Made the WORST mistake of taking a Credit Card from them 2 yrs back in 2022. From the moment go, faced only problem after problem be it related to timely payment not being recognized by the bank or correcting amounts after entries. Their customer care(less) is a JOKE! It takes at least 3 mails for them to comprehend the situation and once they do(or rather mostly do not), they go invisible and a routine automated mail/SMS every day starts spamming your mailbox and mobile alerting that the issue is being looked into.
(Un)Luckily closed the card in 2023 with NIL balance, but 1 year from then on, every day to this day(no kidding) I keep getting calls on my mobile asking for dues which dont exist. They have outsourced their collection to some local and cheap collection agency who harass you without even understanding you.
Wrote to their customer care, their supposed Head of Service and even the Principal Nodal Officer, all of whom are jokes and biggest liabilities to the bank at best! They dont even acknowledge the receipt of mails leave alone responding to them.
Have written a final mail last time, time to see them in courts this time, NO JOKES!
