Most lousy bank I have ever seen

I am Vikas S. Jaiswal have personal loan with barclays finance and loan account number LC016211006268190.


I have taken this loan from you in Jan 2009 since then I have excellent payment records not even single EMI was returned except for the month of march, I was calling barclays since feb 2013 to pre close the loan but I was told by customer service that they will call me back. which I never got until this emi was returned. Every time I called customer service I get wrong information, finally I got call from customer service rep "JADHAV " from Standard Chartered Bank, India .


I told him that I want to preclose the loan in the 1st week of April 2013. But he started forcing and asking to pay this march EMI before 20th march 2013. I explained him if he wants I can pay rupees 10, 000.00 and then will preclose the loan in the month of April.


On which he agreed but what he did WITHOUT MY PERMISSION he made 2nd transaction on my salary account on 20th march 2013. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC I AM VERY UPSET AND DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND BARCLAYS OR STANDARD CHARTED BANK TO ANY ONE IN THE WORLD.  Your organizations ARE THIEVES BECAUSE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP JADHAV I GOT RETURNED ECS ON MY SALARY ACCOUNT. And also got returned fee on my salary account for rupees 350.00 , service tax rupees 42.00 , education cess rupees 1.26 total loss of rupess 393.26.


If this behavior of your Barclays and standard chartered bank is not improved and if this charges are not refunded and if their is no action taken for this behavior I will take this matter to COURT.  I will not keep quite and definitely take action against both organization because nobody can touch my salary account without my permission.


I have also attached the print screen of transactions showing returned from my salary account, Kindly fix it asap.


Hi, 2nd instance of wrong information from standard chartered employee, information given to me from your employee. When JADHAV was calling he did promised that he will reverse the penalty. BUT he never turned to collect the money. Today I got call from Naman who claimed he is collections manager. Trust me he don’t even have his soft skills in place. He don’t deserve to be manager. And this guy says that you will not reverse the penalty charges...... why does your employee always have to give wrong information and promise something which they can’t fulfill. Your so called collection manager say CUSTOMER IS WRONG. where I am willing to pre close my loan.....ha ha ha ha ha you guys are thief and unethical............


AND AFTER SENDING SUCH BIG EMAIL AND COMPLIANT THEIR IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE BANK SIDE AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO GIVE WRNG INFORMATION........


THEY ARE HOPELESS....................................
