This is the worst company in the world for credit card. I called them and have said that I want to cancel my card but they said sir first you apply for redemption of your point and then cancel the card. I have applied for credit card redemption and order one headset.
And they said it will come in 15 days when after 15 days I have called them they have said sir we have already delivered to your company. Please check with your company and when I checked with my company it was not delivered. It take two months for me to settle down with them. And finally they have accepted like yes its their mistake sorry to apologize and they give my points back.
So again when I went to cancel the card they said sir now you have to give annual fees for the card. I said when I told you that time to cancel it you took two months to redeem my point back and did not deliver my order as well. They said sorry sir you have to pay the fees we cant do any thing. Again redeem the points and cancel the card. Their executives are horrible to talk.
