Go only for Super Value Titanium Credit Card

The DSA representative came to my seat in the office with a wrist watch in return to apply for Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium Card which was lifetime free (i.e., no annual or renewal charges for lifetime). The cashback rates offered by the card were unbelievable. This made everybody else very suspicious. I was the only one who applied for this card in my office.

Now I have been using this card for over five years without ever having paid a single penny towards the services. The card has been offering 5% cashback on all telephone bills, gas & electricity bills and 2.5% cashback on petrol from any petrol pump (provided the amount is more than 500).

It is very surprising that how the bank is able to pay such high cashback rates which no other bank has ever offered. The cashback is credited in the monthly statement and no accumulation limit is required. However the total monthly cashback is limited to Rs. 500 and upto Rs. 150 per transaction. Even if my mobile bill is less than 500, I pay Rs. 500 which gets adjusted in subsequent bills, just to get 5% instant cashback. SCB has never asked for any annual or renewal fees from me. I am getting cashback on my Airtel, MTNL, Indraprastha Gas and BSES bills without any problem.

The card offers reward points for spends on categories other than those eligible for cashbacks which can be redeemed for gifts similar to other credit cards.

This is the best card I have ever had. However SCB does not offer this card free anymore. But if one gets an opportunity of getting this card lifetime free, do not miss it.
