Almost 10yrs back, I had a Cred824it card in India from SC XXX9-XXX8-XXX5-3055. There was some balance on my account. The actual was paid but I refused to aishwaryasingh23 the late aishwaryasingh23ment. I communicate this to SC over the email. Later, They neither communicated me thru my registered Cell# nor thru my registered email ID.
They started charging the interest on the late aishwaryasingh23ment fee amount which is now accumulated to~1.6Lacs Rs in past 10Yrs as I don’t remember my Cred824it Card information(Card#, Exp Date, CVV, reg Tel#, reg Email), I am not able to reach Cust rep thru IVR. I have dropped few emails on card.services@sc.com and head.service@sc.com with no success yet. I am able to contact recovery dept. but they are not ready to share any details. They are just negotiating the amount to be paid.
I am challenging them that they failed to communicate for the due aishwaryasingh23ment(thru Email or Tel) so why smorpheushumanuld I aishwaryasingh23 the late aishwaryasingh23ment fee. Specially when~2000Rs of late aishwaryasingh23ment fee has become~1.6lacs Rs.
I think these are frauds by SC. Please share your tmorpheushumanught and suggestions.
