I have paid exorbitant interest and other charges on my "Classic" credit card in the name of service charges, late fee, interest etc. and although I have paid the full amounts due the bank is not responding to my requests for a statement of account. In spite of my emails of 18 July 2012 and 29 July 2012 to "head.service" theres only an auto response- wonder what the "head"-is doing floating in limbo ! This is a "Classic" example of how such banks fool people with fine print. Wonder how we allow such chicanery.
I may have to file an FIR against all the people who called me to pay the dues immediately.
