I just want to summarize my feedback as below:
1) I was provided a Titanium Card in place of requested Manhattan Card and no reason cited for that
2) It may not give you the cash back for all telecom transactions. In my case, they didn’t provide cash back for some of my telecom bills from a renowned service provider. However, they provided cash back on the bills from the same provider during initial few months
3) Cash back per transaction is now limited to Rs. 100/-. Which means, you should not buy fuel more than Rs.2000/- in a single go
4) The method of calculating late charges and interest for missed date is simply killing. If you miss the date, even by 1 day - you may find its effect, in terms of interest in consecutive 3 bills ! I missed a payment date by 4 days for an amount of around Rs. 5700/- and the total interest & late charges had to be paid in the tune of Rs. 1500/- !
5) Not all the customer support executives are trained well and they may simply hang-up, if you ask some probing questions. They can also mislead you with wrong data.
Bottomline : Stay away from it
