I am in Chennai. I received a letter from Manhattan Hub, #2, Unity Building, Mission Road, Bangalore - 560 002. India. Fax: +91 80 2248 4866 saying that "We’re sorry to tell you that we won’t be offering you a Manhattan Card this time......this isn’t goodbye, only "adieu"...I don’t understand why they sent me this letter. I am 63 years old and never applied for any card with them.
I am having SBI card for so many years and their service is too good. I don’t know how this guys got my address and sent this letter. No phone number or e-mail address is mentioned in their letter except a reference number...no signature as they have programmed their system to automatically generate this letter!!
Has anybody received similar letter. Anybody from Bangalore help me with their phone number so that I can call and find out!
