They will tempt with benefits like Travelport hotel stay voucher, Apollo health check-up voucher and they will say if you don’t like this card and if you can send this kit back within one month , we don’t charge any amount.
But they are royally cheating with their terms and conditions.
1.As per their terms and conditions , if you FAILED to cancel this card with in 30 days, so you can’t cancel.
It will take min 15 working days to receive the card after processing and if you don’t like this card and you requested for cancellation , they will tell you that send this card back to their branch , it takes another min 15 days as per their process, even though it reached with in 5 days , which means you already crossed 30 days , bottom line is you can’t cancel at any cost.
- When explained about the card, they insist on take it as EMI - ( EMI charger are more) and when you requested for cancellation, they immediately do pre-closure(You have to pay this money first) and later they will check for cancellation eligibility, anyhow you are not eligible as per their tricky terms and conditions.
ultimately they gain EMI conversion charges too.
I am suggesting don’t commit for this Advantage Card Enhancement Pack until you feel there is some advantage, once you accepted, forget about your cancellation, you won’t get any amount back.
my view : Advantage Card Enhancement Pack is a completely disadvantage card
