I have been using Stanci service for last 4 years. I have even recommended many of my friends and relatives your card and benefits. But due to mis-communication from their customer care side I missed my monthly payment first time since I have been using your card.
Due to this my CIBIL credit score can be affected which in turn can create issue in future. Also bank has charged me hefty interest and late payment charges even when I am not at fault. I don’t think this is fair from a customer point of view. I came to know by reading on consumer forums that similar issues have been faced by other customers as well.
