Cibil - Credit card fault

This is with reference of credit card No: XXXXXXXX2005527 issued on Jul-2008. After 7 year, I came to know via some bank about my name in defaulter, without my mistake.

Briefly summarized:

1) I was holding credit card of HSBC

2) Standard Chartered executive visited to our office at "Intellect" at Belapur, Mumbai. In the month May-01.

3) Promised for 30, 000 credit limit and transfer the outstanding amount of HSBC amt 1438.

4) No credit card issued till July-2001.

5) HSBC credit card keep on increasing their interest.

6) It was raised from 1438 to 1579, finaly I paid the outstanding amount of HSBC from my account with the penalty.

7) Standard Chartered issued their credit card, but it was having lower limit & with Demand Draft of 1438.

8) I was not satisfied with there credit card as the promised credit limit was only 18, 000 which was of no use, as my HSBC card was having 15, 000. So there was no point to take standard chartered credit card.

9) Communicated & conveyed my complaint to standard chartered.

10) I send there credit card and demand draft back to there office Chennai.

11) Standard chartered keep on adding there charges and it was came to 2400.

12) Further communicated with customer support, asked me send the proof.

13) I have send the documents, which contains the demand draft which was issued in the name of "HSBC A/C No XXXX XXXX 0896 4087" and the credit card bill of HSBC & standard chartered.

14) Finally after that there was no communication, no letter which contains the outstanding or settlement letter.

15) After 7.5 year, when I applied for a personal loan, I came to know my name is in CIBIL with outstanding of 45, 000.

16) please help me to remove my name from CIBIL.

17) For written proof I was taken the printout of email which I was sent to Customer care in year 2001 from msingh@intelecorp.com, but this mail account is now closed as I left that company in year 2002.

Also the voice communicated with customer support in that year.
