I am very sorry to say that the harassment given by Standard Ch. bank to me.I am using one SBI Platinum and one KOTAK Trump credit card since last one year.First of all I was not interested about Standard Chartered credit card, but after repeated request and call from the C. executive I agreed for Manhattan Platinum Card, and submitted all documents.After what happened I don’t know, only I got message for one credit card application number.
Already two months over, I have not got any reply.
Last month once I called the C Care, one lady picked the phone and told your application has been rejected, and letter has been despatched with cause. Still I have not received any letter regarding cause of reject. But, why you people are doing this business, harassing the customers after taking all documents, disturbing our office hours.
There should be proper action against these type of frauds in future.
