iam with past 6 months.
i got a call from them ( telel marketing guy) and I okd for card and they sent one guy and
he asked me all docs ( salray slip etc ) with 12 days I got my free card.
But you need to be care ful with this free cards. FOr me I faced following problem
1.they never mention cash limit on my card. They mentioned as ’’ there is no cash limit
and cash limit will chnage month to month - to know current month cash limit give call to customer guy) I never ever saw this type of feature with any creadit card provider :)
one thing is their customer support --- its very good. I called them to know my cash limit - they mentioned it is 30% of you credit limit.
ok, for testing I went to atm and draw 90% my credit limit surprise surprise I got 90% !!!!
of my cash limit - I shocked why ??? not that I got 90% of credit limit but finace charges :(
i thought that ATm will decline but I din;t and end up with 1000/- ( mine is 1 lak card)
finance chare ....... hummmmmm
there finace charges are high - there transction fee is high but customer service is good.
so carefull while considering free cards with this bank
