What’s the point of using a credit card if you cannot redeem your points. I applied for redemption of points through their website but never received any.
After repeated calls all I got was assurance that it will be done in next 7 days. In the end they credited reward points back and asked to reapply. Such a poor service. Customer care representative would never have a clue about your request. And in the end you will have to bear the burnt.
No compensation, no apathy.
Also their site is the worst to use. Statements are so confusing that you will never have a clue what fraud they are doing with you.
