Dont be fooled by the super banking jargons... The service sucks big time. Have been using this card for over a year & till date do not get e-statement for which I have out in numerous requests. The hardcopy of the bill does not get delivered & I suffer from late payment charges. I have been calling, mailing the customer care but to no avail. There are times when the company apportions money from the primary card to the secondary card & keep a credit on one card whereas they will show the other card as short payment thereby to charge late payment & serv tax et al.
At a time when there are credit cards a dime a dozen to be chosen from, SCB is not bothered with such a bad service being rendered. The customer service cell has not even replied to my mails....
