The customer service / sales team sales dump the extra facilities & packages without proper guidance to customer & recovers the money for the same. They don’t bother whether customer really understood the concept, needs it or not. I purchased the card as sales representative was behind me for could of months & offered me too many features of card but nothing was true in reality.
Worst ever service. I am using HDFC card for past couple of years & found the best.
