Recently they were in news for offering 15% cash back and 0% EMI for Samsung galaxy phones. I thought I would go for this card but had a very bad experience. They took more than a month for processing my application but still did not receive the card.
The customer care number doesn’t work sometimes as you have to bear a longer wait time in the queue. Then I wrote a complaint mail to customer care and Nodal officer but there was no reply.
