I was having an offer of 5% cash back on all purchases in supermarket and department store for the above mentioned credit card.
Recently, I have noticed that the same offer is not existing for all the purchase in my card and could notice this offer is available only if my purchase is more than Rs.1000. previously it was not like that. First of all, why they are changing the offer, after they have promised that "Shoppers Delight: 5% Cashback on all supermarket and department store spends"?
Also, why they changed this offer without informing me? (It is not a free card to change the offers as their wish and I’m paying the annual fees for this offer only).
