I used this card for years, a company called scope international is dealing on the behalf of standard chartered and the services are horrible, their executives are rude, pathetic, unprofessional, third class, uneducated. they dont speak good English and Hindi and we don’t speak Malayalam. THEIR MANAGER jANAKIRAMAN who is in Chennai didn’t call me back after talking to me once and it took almost 2 months, I called every single day and their management is also rude.
dealing with this company is just wasting time and energy, I have escalated to SC directly all over the world and emailed about scope international. I have stopped the payment.
