Please donot purchase anything from SCB’s credit card and if you do buy, pay in full at the earliest. Donot ever buy any insurance product from this card because they keep the automatic renewal option on and forget to send you statements.
Even if you give your mail id, they would never mail you the statements which other banks do. If you are away from home and you donot receive the statement, next month you get the statement with a late payment fee attached. When you contact their customer service, you are told curtly that it is your duty to check everything whereas they donot guarantee that you would receive your statements on time.
Everytime you remind them that you have given your mail id and they send their e-statements, they would ’enter the correct information’ never to send their statements. I am fed up with their service and have asked them to discontinue my card on immediate basis to which they have not replied yet.
