I received my credit card on 31st Jan 2012. I was offered the cedit card in Pune’s lifestyle store by ’Shivani’. I was told by Shivani, that there are no hidden charges and that I will receive lifestyle vouchers worth Rs 2, 500/- with 1 year validity. When I questioned Shivani and her manager ’Mr. Vaibhav’, I was told by them that I can redeem the vouchers on any item in lifestyle without any minimum amount of purchase. I agreed for the card.
When I received the vouchers I realized that the vouchers are expiring on 31st March 2012 and there are terms and conditions to use these vouchers. I could only redeem Rs 2000/ - vouchers on furniture and Rs 500/- on apparels. When I called Shivani and her manager, they apologized and Vaibhav said that he will call back in 30 mins.I never received a call from Vaibhav and when I called Shivani the next day, she just handed over the phone to her colleague ’Dilip’.
I thought she had handed over the phone to Vaibhav and Dilip kept quiet, after 1-2 minutes, he tells me that he is Shivani’s colleague and I had to repeat all my issues all over again. I hope that the customers are not given incorrect information just to sell the product and achieve their goals.
