I have been using Manhattan cards for some time now and so far, I haven’t really had a negative experience to empathise with the other reviews on this site. But having said that, it should be clear that I agree that this could be a stray case where things are working.
Seriously, what I like about this card is the 5% cash back on all shopping above Rs.500 done at supermarkets, department stores and the like.
Since I use all my credit cards like charge cards i.e. settle the dues in full well by the due date, have never faced any issues on charges / levies and such.
Personally, I am quite happy with the card and would heartily recommend it to other readers so long as you agree to the terms before signing up - in my case - No annual fees is a primary incentive.
