Worst service even before getting the credit card. They don’t bother to update the customer properly. Different status for credit card application online and as said by the bank manager(Shwetha) who was least bothered to respond properly. She said it is in process while online it says rejected. I have been blocked for more then 20 days and have got same baseless calls for address verification. They even take salary slip. Very bad service. Happy that I realized it before I got the card.
