I started banking with SCB last year thinking i’ll get a good service with them.I did few transactions but when I wanted to make payments they did not have any facility to make payments 1st no atm’s wherein I can directly make a payment not many branches available to walk in to no proper option to make payment using other bank details.
So ended up getting calls from collections as payment was not made informed them about the issue and offered them to make the payment and close the card instead of taking the complete payment the collections rep told me only to make the min payment and card would cont informed him that I don’t have other payment modes so arranged for a person to come home and take payment. This happened thrice but he only insisted in making payment realizing that it wasn’t happening the right what I chose to stop using the card and whenever I got a call from coll I told them to send someone and take the complete payment and close the card.
They chose not to do that and now for a usage done for just 10, 000 they want me to pay almost 30, 000 which I have politely declined instead now their collections are putting allegations on me that I have used the card and I don’t want to make a payment till date I have maintained that I want to make a payment but I guess SCB is not interested in it and now I thoroughly feel I should not make any payment to this stupid in courteous unapologetic bank.
