Ok I know they have a long way to go on the service end but that’s the reality of every company in India from FMCG to airlines. I hated waiting for the card for 45 days (while it was promised 2 weeks) we got on a bad start but then….
The good part it they try to delight me – I got a card an year ago an have explored a moonlight cave trek and zorbing (you roll down a hill, gather no moss but have a ball… wonder what would rolling stones think of this). And when me and some buddies were stuck what to do on new years night?? We tried out the casino party organized by Manhattan. Net net I would stick to this card just to have some fun on weekends. Best stuff about it is buy one ticket at Inox n get one free. yipee! What say u?
