I got the contact of Standard Services from a neighbour and got in touch with them. Myself and my husband visited their office at Shivaji nagar. We met a lady named Bhavani who told us we have to pay Rs 5000 as registration fee valid for 1 year.
We paid the money and got the registration done. They promised to send a baby care maid within 15 days. but now 3 month passed maid not yet come to my home I called up the office and spoke to Bhavani and another supervisor named Sajitha. Both of the ladies refused to look into the problem though before taking the registration money they promised to address every problem regarding the person they are providing.
We called up Sajitha and asked for refund our money she said that she want to ask with her (M.D) From that day onwards we kept calling Sajitha and Bhavani not answering properly. Every time we called they said "we will send someone tomorrow". Finally after 3 month we got in touch with their (M.D) Mr. Nixon who promised to look into the issue. It is over 3 months now we have not heard from Standard services. Mr. Nixon does not come on phone or rather he does not take calls.
If we ask for Sajitha the reply we get is she is out of station or on leave. If we manage to get Bhavani on phone she still gives the same reply "we will send someone tomorrow".
The entire staff of this company is trained to fool the customers.
Our Rs 5000 registration fare is gone. This is a totally fraud company. Once you pay up the registration money you will not get any service from them. Please stay away from this company. DON’T BELIEVE NIXON HE IS ONE OF THE INTERNATIONAL FRAUD..
