I felt with these guys, hope any who know to use google would never fall in this pit. This is my experience, Now I am hearing many such cases from my Colleague. Hope police will take strict action against people like this.
This is a worst standard personal services that any one could come across. Never go to these guys, they are the A1 fraudsters. Just google and verify their rating on other review sites to know their original color and complains on them.
Never trust the guy called Nixon Stalin(nixonstalin@yahoo.com, nixon@standardservicescbm.com, standardhomeservices@gmail.com, https://standardservicescbm.com) in this organization, This guy works out of coimbatore gandhipuram.
He talks like he is a pure genuine guy. But you will identify him after calling him for a month and still waiting for a maid service. On any day you call him he will tell some reason and ask for 2 more days, like this he pass few months just like that.
By that time your anual subscription will come to an end. They have centers in Coimbatore, Gandhipuram and Bangalore, Shivaji nagar and chennai (as per the website). These are the worst service agencies that any one could come across. Stay away from these guys. I am giving 1 rating because I could not select 0 or -ve rating.
This is how they approach people and their tactics work,
They have fixed set of people. Whom they will rotate and send to any number of customers they have, when a new customer comes they just assign one person for 1 or 2 months and reassign them to another new customer, The one who already subscribed will be in big trouble after 2 months.
As refered by one of my Colleague (for whom it was the first few months) I visited this agency in Coimbatore (hoping agencies Coimbatore would be genuine than agencies Bangalore)
A guy called Nixon sits with a laptop in his office and project him self as an genuine officer, and acts like working very seriously when you visit them.
He promises that you will get a maid in 7 days. In my case I went for baby care maid, He said maximum 7 days for 9 to 5 work, and 14 days maximum for the maids who would stay at home. He said he already have many people with him on queue so he could select any one from near my location and send them immediately. He also mentioned some big shops near my home and said the people do cleaning service was arranged by him. etc etc...
Then he asked to pay Rs.5500 for normal person and Rs.6500 for a well qualified person from good family background (???). This initial amount is only the advance for that agency for 1year subscription. We have to pay the same amount to the maid per month and 500 to 1000rs for bus fare based on the location from where the maid comes, plus the food expenses (ok these are accepted from our end)
Next we registered and pay the money through cheque (we wanted to record the money we paid to him). Thats it, your money is gone. How many times you call him, you will not get the maid or money
Even after calling Nixon for 50 times he will attend the call like he doesn’t remember you and you are a new person to him. So you need to introduce yourself to him each time when you call him (may be there are so many people calling like me). yes I am not exaggerating here.
Here is how my case has gone,
After calling him for 2 weeks he said that he will be sending a person on next day, No one came on the next day. when I called him on the next day, he said that person came to your area and could not find your house (big lie, simply passes 2 more days)
Again continuous follow up he sent a lady with 60+ years of age who even could not walk or hold the baby and who was working as cleaning person, who doesn’t know any thing about baby care.
He mentioned that this person is a well experience baby care expert. After talking to her for 5 minutes, we came to know about that maid and she doesn’t know any thing about baby care. We gave lunch and bus charge and sent that lady back.
When I called him again he mentioned that he sent that person for temporarily (fraud, he keeps lying)
Again after following up with him for 2 more weeks, he said there is a nice maid. your wait was for good, now we have a good experienced person. Whom will be coming to your place tomorrow.
That person also repeated the same story as they came on that day but could not find the house in hopes main road, and peak of the lie is that they called me so many time and I did not pickup my mobile and home phone land line.
Again follow up goes on, one person came to my house on tuesday. My parents spoke to her and said she doesn’t look like a maid only, so there is some mock going on. She said she will come for work by next monday with so many conditions like weekly pay, etc etc.. all accepted.
Then that person didn’t arrive on monday, When we called that person she said it is already 11am, so it will take another 1hr to reach your place (i was staying in 10 minutes distance from that persons house as mentioned by her). so she will come tomorrow.
Next day called them again, then she said, the agency has sent her to another place so she would not come.
This is how they keep playing, they have fixed set of people who are very well experience in talking in sync with this guy nixon. so they simple keep saying lame excuses and keep your blood pressure up.
After a strict discussion with that guy I have asked for a refund. He asked me to send a mail for that. After sending a mail I called him, he said that he will forward that mail to his NRI boss(???) and send his reply back to me.
Will keep you posted on what happens further. keep waiting and see how they cheat and moves the drama further.
