I travelled by star to gulbarga on Christmas day 25 dec 22. In their tickets booking they gave code which said quoting which many hotels will give discount of 20%. When I searched frantically with my taxi alaround gulbarga I couldnt get any hotel accommodation. I called up star to give a hotel name where I could get an accommodation. But the lady who answered my call said because of Christmas all hotels are booked and they cant get one for me. So even when customer is badly in crossroads needed help this airline was not capable to keep up their advertisements which are perhaps gimmicks to attract customers. I was left in the lurch and had to compromise staying in old dirty hotel with poor facilities. This is a caution to those who might give a high rating to this airline not knowing their pitfalls
