I’m a regular customer to Star Bazar, Adugodi. Today I bought mutton 1 kg out of which some portion was biriyani cut. I requested the employee in charge of mutton to make the pieces same as Curry cut. The reason why I bought BIRIYANI cut was to get more meaty pieces.The non-veg counter employee made the pieces as small as KEEMA. That was frustrating! And believe in me, that happens quite regularly. If you insist on seeing the size of the pieces, when they would be actually doing it, that irks the non-veg counter employees.
I’ve observed that these people are arrogant, and are in no mood to listen.I get a feeling they deliberately make smaller pieces because they simply don’t care. . I’ve often faced this for mutton as well as fish as well as chicken. Now I really don’t understand what is the fun in not listening to customers?
Is anyone from Star Bazaar management listening? Kindly realize that your customers can fly away to your competitors.Please take care of these controllable points.
