I hired a cab from them to go to Ujjain and paid for an a/c cab. The A/C was not working and the driver kept saying it will cool down soon. BY then we were well on our way to Ujjain. The driver was on the cell phone half the time -I did not appreciate being put at risk in this manner. The a/c completely stopped working on the return.
The company said things happen and that it won’t happen in the future. When I suggested that they need to charge me less they were rude and refused. After a lot of drama we agreed for Rs 100 less which was pointless. A good company should send an a/c car if that is what we booked. And if a/c fails they need to cut rate by at least 25% as a token compensation. Instead they just blame it on nature and say stuff happens. Do not hire a can from this company.
