I am just posting u the copy of the mail I had written to Star CJ on 18 Dec, 2013 for which till date have not received a reply.
Respected Star CJ team,
Since yesterday I have been trying to order a product (Todo Foot Massager with RC ROI) through your website. Its was also giving a discount of 10% (code 1133-001133) which was also getting accepted. But as soon as I clicked to proceed for payment, the payment page never appeared. But when I ordered without the discount everything was normal. I even called the customer care yesterday night and the response was ’to try after 30 min’.
When I tried a few min ago after talking to customer care at around 2.45 pm today a new message appeared "There is temporary obstacle in this page."
I have tried ordering at least 10 times since yesterday but am not able to complete the purchase. Either there is a system which is not working or the company does not want to sell the product itself as I tried this company for the first time with the reference from one of my friends who praised Star CJ a lot but my experience seems disappointing.
I am attaching snapshots of the message I got today.
(Just before sending this mail I tried again and got the response as in the attachment 3 and without discount its accepting the order)
Please do the needful.
